Privacy Policy
Enqora Technologies Pty Ltd (ABN 59 700 251 494) (“Enqora”, “we”, “us”) is committed to protecting your personal information and complying with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose and protect personal information.
Last updated: 4 August 2026.
1. What personal information we collect
- Identity & contact: name, phone number, email address, postal address.
- Enquiry & property data: the project or property you enquired about, budget, preferences, enquiry source (portal, website, social media, phone), and notes from your interactions.
- Call data: recordings and transcripts of phone calls with our AI receptionist and with salespeople (see section 7), and call metadata such as time, duration and who handled the call.
- Communications: SMS and email content we send to and receive from you.
- Technical: website usage data and cookies (see section 10).
2. How we collect it
Directly from you (when you enquire, call, or provide your details), and from the real-estate agencies and developers who use our platform and forward enquiries to us. Where we collect your information via a third party, we take reasonable steps to make sure you are aware of this policy.
3. Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, connect you with the appropriate salesperson, provide and improve our CRM and lead-management services to real-estate businesses, keep records of interactions, meet legal and regulatory obligations, and — with your consent — send you relevant updates. We use your information only for these purposes or for a directly related purpose you would reasonably expect.
4. Marketing and prospective customers
Separately from the enquiry data described above, we collect personal information about people at businesses we market our services to — usually a name, a business email address published on that business's own website, a business phone number, and publicly available information about the business.
We collect it to contact that business about our services. If you give us your mobile number through our website so that our AI receptionist can call you back, we use it for that call and to follow up about our services, and that call is recorded. We store this information in Australia. We do not sell it and we do not disclose it to advertising platforms.
To stop hearing from us, reply “unsubscribe” to any email, reply STOP to any SMS, or email privacy@enqora.com.au. We will action your request within 5 business days and delete your details on request.
5. Disclosure
- To the real-estate agency or agent handling your enquiry.
- To service providers who help us operate — hosting, telephony, messaging, email delivery and AI processing — under confidentiality and data-protection terms.
- Where required or authorised by law.
- We do not sell your personal information.
6. Where your information is stored, and overseas disclosure
We store personal information, including call recordings and transcripts, in Australian data centres (Sydney).
Some of the service providers we use to operate — including telephony and SMS delivery, voice-AI processing, email delivery, and the advertising and analytics providers described in section 10 — may process limited information overseas, including in the United States, in the course of providing their service to us. Where processing occurs overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure the overseas recipient handles your information consistently with the APPs.
7. Call recording
Calls with our AI receptionist and with salespeople may be recorded for quality, training and record-keeping. You are told this at the start of the call, and you may ask not to be recorded or end the call. Recordings are stored securely in Australia and retained in line with section 9.
8. Security
We protect personal information with access controls, row-level database security, encryption in transit, and restricted staff access.
9. Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Call recordings are retained for 7 years, in line with real-estate and financial record-keeping obligations, and then deleted. Other personal information is securely deleted or de-identified when it is no longer needed.
10. Cookies, website tracking and advertising
Our website uses cookies for functionality and analytics. It also uses tracking pixels from Google, Meta and LinkedIn to measure our advertising and to show our ads to people who have visited our site. These providers may process this information overseas, including in the United States. You can opt out through your browser settings or through those providers' own advertising controls.
11. Direct marketing
Any marketing message we send identifies us and includes an easy opt-out — reply STOP to SMS, or use the unsubscribe option in email. We honour opt-outs promptly, as required by the Spam Act 2003.
12. Data breaches
If an eligible data breach occurs that is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify the affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) as required under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
13. Access, correction and complaints
You may request access to, or correction of, your personal information by contacting us at privacy@enqora.com.au. If you have a privacy complaint, contact us first and we will respond promptly; if you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the OAIC (oaic.gov.au).
